1. Where is D.A.Y Boutique located?
D.A.Y Boutique is located at 143 Bellenden Rd, London SE15 4DH, United Kingdom.

2. What are your opening hours?
Our opening hours are:
Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Saturday: 11:00am – 6:00pm
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

4. What is your returns/exchange policy in store?
Purchases made in store can be brought back within 14 days of purchase and exchanged for a store credit. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached. Orders purchased online have the option of receiving a store credit, or a refund, if returned in original condition in a 14 day period. Our store credits never expire. 


ONLINE ORDERS

5. What payment methods do you take?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna.

6. How does Klarna work?
Klarna allows you to split the cost of your purchase into three interest-free instalments or pay later within 30 days. Select Klarna at checkout, complete your purchase, and pay as per Klarna's instructions.

7. Do you ship across the UK & Ireland?
Yes, we ship across the UK and Ireland.

8. Do you ship internationally and who is responsible for paying for custom fees?
Yes, we ship internationally. However, the customer is responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply in the destination country.

9. What if I need to change my shipping address after I have placed my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@day-boutique.com. If your order has not been dispatched, we will do our best to update the shipping address.

10. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel.

11. How does click & collect work?
When placing your order online, select the "Click & Collect" option at checkout. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready to be picked up in store. If you need to collect your item urgently, please call us on +44 (0) 7719497627.

12. How do I process returns?
For online returns, email us at info@day-boutique.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

13. What if an item is faulty?
If an item is faulty, please contact us at info@day-boutique.com as soon as possible with a description and photos of the fault. We will provide further instructions for a replacement or refund.

14. I would like to cancel my order, what should I do?
To cancel your order, please email us at info@day-boutique.com as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched, we will cancel and refund your order.

15. What happens if my order is cancelled as the item is no longer in stock?
If your order is cancelled due to an item being out of stock, you will receive an email notification, and the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

16. How long does it take for a refund to reach my account?
If you are a UK customer, refunds typically take 3-5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. International banks may take longer to process.

GIFT CARDS

17. How can I buy a gift card?
Gift cards can be purchased here, or directly in store at our Peckham boutique. If you order your gift card online, you can choose to have it sent directly to the recipient, or to yourself first.

18. How do I redeem a gift card bought online and in store?
E-Gift Cards: Can be redeemed online by using the unique code provided or in store by showing the e-gift card at the point of sale.

Store Gift Cards: Can be redeemed in store. If you would like to use a store-bought gift card online, please email us at info@day-boutique.com for assistance.

Our gift cards also come with a complimentary styling session at D.A.Y. Please ensure you contact us ahead of time to book in the styling services if you would like to utilise this service.
